Wednesday's Ride & Stretch
Join us Wednesday morning at either 6.30am or 9.00am for our Ride & Stretch. We start from our remote location, take a 30 minute ride to a nice location within the Nerang National Park, stop relax and undertake 30 minutes of riding specific stretches. After completing our stretches, we ride 30 minutes back, then maybe catch a coffee before work feeling really good.
Friday's Coaching Ride
Every Friday morning we undertake a 90 minute coaching ride. We'll spend 30 minutes going over the basics then head out on the trails to practice our new skill. Topic rotates every week of the month.

Saturday's Advanced Ride
Saturday morning is for the advanced riders. We start from our remote location (to avoid the crowd) and head out to some of the more remote (aka better) trails of Nerang. No need to check Trailforks, your guide knows where to ride, we will try to push it a bit harder and cover around 15-20km in our 2 hours, still managing to stop for a social chat along the way, we are mountain bikers after all.
Sunday's Beginner Ride
New to mountain biking and not sure where to go and who to go with? Come along and join us on Sunday's beginner ride. We know the trails and we'll assess your ability and take for a ride that suits. Along the way we will help you with tips and skills to make you a more confident rider. Our goal is to give you an environment to learn and grow, hopefully meet some like minded people and ride off into the sunset...
